You will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided to us. It will be an automatically generated email, so check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
It’s easy to place your order:
- Find the flowers, cake, grocery or gift package that you would like us to deliver to your loved ones in the Philippines, click on the image, and the product page will load.
- Just add the item you’d like to your cart by clicking the "Add To Cart" button.
- Once your items are in the cart, you may write your personalized card message (Step 2) and select a preferred delivery date/time slot (Step 3).
- Proceed to checkout by clicking on the "Go To Delivery Address" button. Provide us with your email address, the recipient’s address and the best way to reach out if there are issues with the delivery.
- Next, confirm your shipping information and proceed with payment method (PayPal, Venmo, or credit card).

We only offer flower arrangements, cakes, grocery and gift packages available on our website. However, we accept suggestions of the types of items you’d like us to make available on our site and may add items to our site based on your suggestions and availability.
We accept payment via all major credit or debit card, as well as PayPal.

Yes, you can easily make a payment from a major credit/debit card issued by most banks in most countries.
No, we maintain strict transparency and do not charge more than the cost of your item(s) and delivery fee. Any additional handling charges must be approved by you and will be itemized in the bill that you will receive.
We offer delivery of most items nationwide, including most cities and provinces. If there are any challenges to deliver to any region for any reason, we will inform you immediately.
Orders will always be charged in US Dollars. DorizShop cannot be held responsible for any currency conversion differences and/or charges made by your financial institution. For accurate pricing, please refer to the US Dollar currency option and contact your financial institution for the same.
Our standard shipping charge is $10 per order. However, if the delivery is to a rural area that is difficult to access or is not well-connected, we will reach out to you, as additional charges will need to be added to the bill. However, if you do not wish to pay the additional delivery fee, you can cancel the order before it is dispatched and we will refund the full amount without any questions.
Yes, orders placed by 10 am, Philippines standard time (GMT+8) can be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 10 am will be delivered the following day by 7 pm.
Yes, you can place an order for delivery on a specific date up to one year in the future from the date the order is placed.
Yes, we do deliver on Sundays, and no we do not require an extra charge for Sunday delivery.
To be able to check the status of your order, please open a DorizShop account and go to 'your orders'.
If you placed two or more identical orders and let us know about it, you will receive a full refund for the duplicated order, provided that the items have not already been delivered.
Flower arrangements and cakes are unique and handmade, so no two are ever identical. Every effort is made to match orders as closely as possible to the product photos and descriptions. While minor variations are sometimes necessary, the concept and value of the item ordered is always guaranteed
In some cases, local florists, bakeries and grocery stores may not have some items referenced in the product description in stock, and careful substitutions of equal or greater value will be necessary. In those cases, when possible, we will ask you for permission to make a substitution. If we are unable to reach you, or there is insufficient time to do so, we will proceed with the substitution. Roses, however, will never be substituted with other flowers or floral products without requesting your confirmation first.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the flowers, cake or gift item(s), please submit a claim for re-delivery and provide evidence of the issue. To help ensure the highest level of quality is maintained, we will investigate the issue, and upon verification of our responsibility, we offer re-delivery. If after re-delivery, the quality is not satisfactory, we will conduct further investigation, and if the issue is verified, a full refund will be issued.
Gifts contain the items listed in the product description, but the image is an approximation. Vases, serving trays other items in images are not included unless stated in the product description. Product photos of flower bouquets and cakes represent an approximation of what the customer will receive but may vary in minor ways. DorizShop is not responsible for any quality issues that result from delayed delivery due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
To cancel your order before the delivery date, contact us via WhatsApp, FaceBook chat or email. If an order is cancelled less than one business day prior to the delivery date, no refund will be issued. For Provincial order delivery, a full refund is allowed if made four (4) business days or more prior to the scheduled delivery date
For orders cancelled on time, refunds will be made back to the payment method used initially by the customer.
It can take up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed and 3 more working days for the bank records to be updated. In case of any discrepancy, feel free to contact us.
